Monday ....

I found a cross stitch pattern on the web that is designed after the DJ quilt. So when I get burned out on quilting the DJ now I can cross stitch it. It is a kit and came with all the floss. I know a lot of work went into picking the colors and I’m sure it would be fine for most people but I found the colors a little muted so I’m lightening some of them up a little. As I’ve said before, I seem to have trouble following patterns exactly. I think I get bored doing everything the same way as everyone else.
I’d like to think it’s being artistic but truth be known I think I’m just ………………
Ok, I don’t know how to finish that sentence. So I think I’ll just stop and go back to my room and sew.
